Member Eligibility:  To become a member of the EPWMOTC you must be a
mother or guardian of multiple-birth children.

Requirements:  An annual membership fee of $25.00 is due September 1. 
Make checks payable to EPWMOTC and give them to Liz at any Club Meeting.

The club year runs from Sept 1 - Aug 31.
